This beautiful rancher makes a statement with the contrast of the black siding and white trim. The exterior is detailed with premium vinyl clapboard siding with a shake siding accent on the garage front. The stone veneer is capped with 3×3 stone sills to shed water from the siding/stone transition. Our in-house carpentry crew knocked it out of the park with the flawless siding and exterior trim install. The windows on this home are Andersen 400 Series in black. We cased them with 4″ white PVC on the legs and apron with 6″ PVC trim for the heads. The front porch columns are fiberglass, which together with the rest of our exterior materials are completely rot resistant. The rear of this home has a large screen room connected to another open porch leading to the rear of the garage.
