Whether you are looking to build a custom home, addition, remodel a kitchen or build a detached garage, we always begin the process with an on-site meeting where we aim to understand your vision, the site's unique constraints and possibilities, and how our services can best help. Once we understand your vision for the project we are able to give you a rough idea of cost which will become an exact cost to build once we have blueprints to work from. If you are looking to build a home and have not yet found land that is no problem. We work with our potential clients to find suitable building lots. It takes a trained eye and experience to know whether the lot you are interested in will be suitable and cost effective or if it will cost more money that it is worth to be build-ready. We also keep a select inventory of ready-to-build lots in our portfolio, which we offer to our prospective clients. Once you find a lot we will connect you with one of our site engineering partners to begin drafting a site plan.
We offer a design service for Custom Homes, Renovations, and Additions where we have open collaboration between builder, owner, and architect/designer to deliver a plan that fits our clients vision is precise detail. If you have already begun the design process with your own designer, we are happy to work collaboratively to bring your project to life. Once we have reached a plan design that you are happy with, we can begin the estimating process. Our method of estimating is meticulous, resulting in detailed proposals outlining exact cost to build and opportunities for upgrades and alternate solutions.
We adhere to the principle measure twice, cut once. Before we start building on site we have already built the project on paper twice, once during the design/estimating phase and once more in the final take off phase where we double check material quantity and confirm we are in accordance with the plan before each step of construction. With over twenty four years as custom home builders, we take pride in delivering a product that reflects our high standards for craftsmanship and our dedication to the work that we do. Our approach is a personal one, involving the client in every phase of the project down to the smallest detail, and our list of repeat clientele reflects the trust we build with each project. Our homes are built to last generations. We use building systems that offer warranty if installed to manufacturer specifications. We adhere to the manufacture specifications when installing these products to ensure our clients will receive the manufacturer warranties in addition to our 1 year service warranty. We also supply our clients with our mechanical contractors contact information, some of which offer parts and labor warranties of their own. We have been working with some of our sub-contractors for 30+ years and have built a reputation in the residential construction industry for paying our sub-contractors on time. So when our clients call them for service, they are a priority. For over two decades we have been honored to build ongoing relationships with repeat clients who have been so pleased with our work that we have been asked to come back for multiple projects and given referrals to friends and family.
