We were truly involved in this home start to finish. This was an in-house design drafted around the owners need and the view. Extensive permitting was necessary to demolish an existing home that sat on this property and of course to build a-new. The foundation comes up the entirety of the ground floor to get us above the flood plain. We roughed in for a future elevator because as we learned, it is easy to break a sweat hustling up the 3rd floor. The 2nd floor of this home is the living area with a large open family room and kitchen leading out to the amazing deck. The owners suite has an excellent view down Seneca Creek.
